Samples. Samuel, a son of Hiram Sr. and Elizabeth (Hall) Samples, was

born in 1866 and died 1962.

Golda Myrtle Procious, a daughter of William and Addline (Samples) Procious, was born in Caly County WV in 1908 and died there July 5, 2008. She married Clemon Rogers about 1928. He was born in WV about 1906 and did about 1936. Golda married Lonnie Bratton Samples about 1940.

"Lon", a son of Bratton and Eliza (Samples) Samples, was born in Clay County in 1896 and died there in 1952. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1914 and served through World War I. He married Bessie Freda Hart. Bessie, a daughter of Samuel Hart, was born in 1899 and died in 1936
