    William G. Seabolt was born in England in 1830.  He married

Lorraine -------.  Lorraine was born in England in 1832.

    Traditional family history says that the family name was

originally Bolt, but that William and Lorraine added "Sea" in

recognition of their voyage across the Atlantic.

2.MARY SEABOLT     1.WILLIAM G. SEABOLT

 

    Mary Seabolt, a daughter of William G. and Lorraine Seabolt, was

born in Roane County WV October 7, 1851 and died in Calhoun County WV

January 26, 1932.  She married Reuben M. Schoolcraft September 14,

1869.  Reuben, a son of John and Sarah Martha (Hall) Schoolcraft, was

born in what is now Calhoun County WV September 29, 1850 and died in

Calhoun County WV August 4, 1909.

3.MARGARET SEABOLT     1.WILLIAM G. SEABOLT

 

    Margaret Seabolt, a daughter of William and Lorraine Seabolt, was

born in Roane County April 13, 1854 and died at Orma, WV July 5, 1896.

She married Charles Fletcher "Crippled Charlie" Schoolcraft.  Charles,

a son of John and Sarah Martha (Hall) Schoolcraft, was one of twins

born in Calhoun county VA (WV) June 21, 1855.  Charlie died at Orma,

Calhoun County WV November 11, 1921.

    Charlie's second wife was Matilda Smarr. Matilda was born in March

1852.

Criner in December 1909.  Sarah was born about 1900 and died in

October 1971.
