      Walker Patterson Sims, a son of William and Martha (Elder) Sims, was born in Ritchie County WV in February 1897. He married Arizona Richards in Calhoun County WV August 4, 1920. Arizona, a daughter of Henderson Richards, was born in Calhoun County in 1898.

      William Denver Sims, a son of Walker Patterson and Arizona (Richards) Sims, was born in Calhoun County WV in 1922 and died in Camden, NC April 29, 2013. He married Opal Busch, who preceded him in death.

      He was a US Army Veteran of WWII having served in the South Pacific.
