William A.
Taylor was born in VA in 1820 and died in Lewis County WV January 16, 1866. He
married Mary Ann (Taylor) Warner, the widow of James Warner, about 1841. Mary
was born in VA about 1822 and died in Lewis County October 29, 1882.
William
served the Union in the Civil War 1n Company G 10th W.Va. Infantry. He was
wounded July 17, 1864 and was sent home to recover.

Marcellus
R. Taylor, a son of William A. and Mary Ann (Taylor) [Warner} Taylor, was born
in Lewis County VA in 1856 and died in 1912. He married Sarah Catherine Blake.
Sarah, a daughter of William and Elizabeth (Riffle) Blake, was born in Nicholas
County VA about 1854.
