Civil War. He married Emily "Millie" Reynolds. Emily was born

WV census.

"Millie" (Reynolds) Whaling, was born October 29, 1852 and died

in Webster County WV in 1933. He married Sara Jane Shaffer in

Marion County WV. Sara died in 1887.

Barney married Lydia Sizemore in 1890. Lydia was born April

2, 1867.

16, 1973. He married Ruth H. Vaughan. Ruth was a daughter of

Martha White and her unknown first husband and was adopted by her

step-father Atwell Vaughan Jr.

Ruth was born in 1898 and died in Montgomery WV December 15,

1991.
